Thank you for investing in yourself. Your deposit has been successfully processed and your seat is now reserved for June 18-21, 2026 in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.

What Happens Next

Email Confirmation: Within the next few minutes, you will receive an email confirmation with your deposit receipt and retreat details. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
Payment Plan Agreement: You will receive your automatic payment plan agreement via email within 24 hours. This document outlines your remaining balance and payment schedule. Please review and sign electronically to activate your payment plan.
Community Access: You will receive an invitation to join our private retreat community where you can connect with fellow attendees, receive updates, and access exclusive pre-retreat content.
Welcome Packet: Approximately 14 days before the retreat, you will receive your official welcome packet with your complete itinerary, packing list, venue details, and preparation materials.

Your Payment Plan

Your deposit secures your spot and initiates your payment plan. Here is what you need to know:

Balance Due Date: May 18, 2026 (30 days before the retreat)

Payment Schedule: Your remaining balance will be automatically charged according to your selected payment plan.

Payment Method: The same payment method used for your deposit will be charged for subsequent payments unless you request a change.

Important Payment Plan Terms

All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit may be transferred to another qualified participant up to 30 days before the retreat (by May 18, 2026). Failure to complete balance payments may result in deposit forfeiture and cancellation of your registration. Full terms and conditions will be included in your payment plan agreement.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant up to 60 days before the event.
60+ Days Before Event: Cancellations receive 75% credit toward a future event.
30-59 Days Before Event: Cancellations receive 50% credit toward a future event.
Less Than 30 Days: No credits issued. Transfers permitted with a $100 administrative fee.
Credits: All credits are valid for 12 months toward future Change Purpose Action LLC retreats and events.
